Email access:
Accessing your business email on the road is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3:
1) New email arrives. The phone rings with a distinct ring, associated with the address book entry for the “Sender”, or a default ring. Open the handset and review the sender field, the subject field and the beginning of the text of the email to decide if you want to read the complete message.
2) Press “OK” to download the complete message. HTML emails are transformed into text, readable on the handset.
3) If there are any MS Office or PDF attachments or attached images, you can view them one page at a time, using the built-in document viewer.
